Aurous hosts "The Macallan Estate Brunch" on Sunday, 13th September 2026, running from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Held every second Sunday of the month, the recurring hospitality concept combines luxury fine dining with premium single malt scotch whisky pairings.
The experience features an all-inclusive gourmet banquet curated by resident chefs alongside guided tastings of The Macallan Double Cask collection.
