About the event
Through The Lens UG presents Season Two of the "Photojournalism Exhibition" on Friday, 07th August 2026, hosted by Next Media Park in Naguru, Kampala.
Running under the theme "The Truth Through The Lens," this exhibition highlights raw, compelling work from leading photojournalists aiming to drive social impact, document real-time history, and provoke dialogue around press freedom and visual storytelling.
The Chief Guest for the occasion will be the Speaker of Parliament, Rt. Hon. Jacob Marksons Oboth-Oboth.
Doors open at 1:00 PM for viewing, networking, and high-level presentations centered on changing the world through media.
Admission is set at UGX 100,000 for General access and UGX 2,000,000 for corporate Table bookings.
